Some handheld software does not have PC companion software which allows the syncing and viewing of data files from the handheld using a computer. However, it is still possible to extract data from the Palm OS database files (.pdb) files located in the Palm Desktop user Backup folder. These How To Tips will describe how data from animation software, Animate Me! by Rodrigo Software and Sketcher by Palmetto Logic can be extracted to create images or animations. This guide will take the reader through extracting .pdb files with PDB Explorer after hotsyncing and then using "freeware" to create animations. |
